Sweet Chili Jerk Salmon

In a bowl, combine the fish seasoning, jerk marinade, a little oil, and the lemon juice to create the marinade.

Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Combine the sweet chili, crushed garlic, and soy sauce in a separate bowl. Set aside.

Preheat your grill or oven.

Grill or bake the salmon until it’s cooked through, usually about 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is nice and flaky when flaked with a fork.

Remove the fish once done and pour the sauce over while they are still hot.

Serve & enjoy with your favorite sides!
